RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

At AESTHETIC CULT, all our oversized T-shirts are custom printed and quality-inspected before dispatch. Items are eligible for size exchange or replacement under the following conditions:

• The garment has manufacturing defects or print distortion.
• The wrong size or incorrect design/color was received.
• The garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has all original brand tags attached.

2. Sizing Verification & Size Exchanges

Please check our comprehensive size chart (S, M, L, XL) on the product page before placing an order. Our fits are designed intentionally oversized with dropped shoulders. If an exchange is requested due to sizing, please contact our support helplines with your Order ID and photo evidence of the garment.

3. Direct UPI Refund Process

Where an approved refund is applicable, the amount (₹599 per piece plus any applicable shipping) will be remitted directly back to the customer's originating UPI ID or verified bank account upon return verification by our admin team.
